Today, VI Stone transforms locally recycled glass into handcrafted countertops, bar tops, tables, and custom surfaces. Every piece carries the story of the islands it came from.
Not imported stone. Not mass-produced slabs.
Something made right here in the Virgin Islands.
VI Stone exists to give discarded glass a second life while supporting our local economy.
By sourcing bottles from local bars, restaurants, and businesses, we reduce landfill waste while creating skilled jobs and a product that reflects the spirit of the Caribbean.
Each surface we produce contains nearly
550 pounds of recycled glass, carefully processed and reimagined into a one-of-a-kind slab.
The result is a surface that feels as meaningful as it looks.

We work closely with island businesses that supply the glass we recycle. The bottles that once held celebrations, dinners, and island gatherings
become part of something permanent.
Every slab represents a cycle of reuse that starts and ends right here in the Virgin Islands.
Each piece we create takes time, patience, and craftsmanship.

Glass bottles are gathered
from bars, restaurants, and businesses across
the Virgin Islands.

The glass is cleaned,
sorted by color, and
carefully processed to
prepare it for fabrication.

The glass is broken down
and combined with
binding materials to
form the foundation
of each slab.

The mixture is poured
into molds where the
unique patterns and
textures begin to
take shape
as it cures.

Once complete, the surface is fabricated to the exact specifications of your project and professionally installed, bringing a one-of-a-kind piece of the Virgin Islands into your space.

After curing,
each slab is polished
and refined
until it reaches
its final smooth,
durable finish.
Every VI Stone surface is named
after a location in the Virgin Islands.
one of the most beautiful places in the world.
